  • Employers log on and manage their own job postings, which can include up to 10 pre-screening questions, an online application, as well as a request for resumes.
  • Applicants can view all job postings, sorting them by either job title or employer.
  • If interested in an opening, individuals simply click a button to complete the process and their application, responses to the screening questions, and resume are all forwarded directly to the employer.
